An old pic of my husbands parents. Took forever to fix in PSE as it was in pretty bad shape and really small. It just cried out for a traditional black and white LO.
Supplies:
PP: tinkering ink and Prima
Chipboard: thickers and Technique Tuesday
sequins, individualy placed along the left of the layout.
Stamp: cloud 9
You can't tell from the scan, but there's a length of black on black eyelet between the patterned paper and the scrollwork.
Scroll is a quickutz die using a prima paintables paper.
